HIIT - Barre - Cycle - Personal Training
At Zinger Fit, we provide small group training exclusively for women of all levels of fitness. HIIT classes consist of a dynamic warmup, and an endless combination of resistance, weight, core, balance and cardio training in a circuit style class. You will never do the same workout twice and you will have fun, yes, FUN! Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class to lengthen and strengthen and with this low-impact workout it will provide maximum results to feel the burn. Cycle classes are one hour of high intensity cardio, great music and off bike exercises. Leave the motivation to us, all you have to do is show up and sweat!
