We offer Group Training Classes for all levels of fitness. Our HIIT, Cycle and Yoga classes have a maximum of 10 women in each class and our Barre classes allow 8 women per class. For this reason, pre-registration is required. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you are present for warmup. If you are attending Zinger Fit for the first time, please make sure you give yourself enough time to speak with your trainer before class starts.
HIIT classes are an hour long and consist of a dynamic warmup, and an endless combination of resistance, weight, core, balance and cardio training in a circuit style class. You will never do the same workout twice and you will have fun, yes, FUN!

Bike to Barre
Come join Janelle for an hour long class with a combination of 30 minutes of cycle and 30 minutes of barre. Plan for a full body workout fueled by high-energy music, weights, heart-pumping cardio and your own bodies resistance. All levels welcome!
Barre is a one hour ballet inspired fitness class to lengthen and strengthen and with this low-impact workout it will provide maximum results to feel the burn.
Julia will take you through a little bit of yoga, recovery, trigger point release, restorative work and self care all in one. You will leave this 75 minute class feeling refreshed and light!
Mindfully move through one hour of core focused and alignment-based yoga conditioning and stretching to improve strength, stability, posture and movement efficiency. Great for cross-training and post physical therapy recovery.
Join Becky for an hour of energizing flow focused on the breath. Get your body moving and increase the heat within while decreasing the stress from outside. Modifications and adjustments will be made throughout the class to promote good form and help you getting into the full expression of the poses. Rejuvenate your body and take on the day with a clear mind.
