We offer Group Training Classes for all levels of fitness. Our HIIT and Cycle classes have a maximum of 10 women in each class. For this reason, pre-registration is required. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you are present for warmup. If you are attending Zinger Fit for the first time, please make sure you give yourself enough time to speak with your trainer before class starts. 

 

HIIT

HIIT classes are an hour long and consist of a dynamic warmup, and an endless combination of resistance, weight, core, balance and cardio training in a circuit style class. You will never do the same workout twice and you will have fun, yes, FUN!

30 Minute Cycle Tabata

Cycle is thirty minutes of high intensity cardio, great music and tons of energy!

RPMS and Reps

Come join Annie for a 50 minute class with a combination of cycle and off bike exercises. Plan for a full body workout fueled by high-energy music, weights, heart-pumping cardio and your own bodies resistance. All levels welcome!
